オメガのフラッグシップモデル、コンステレーションのご紹介です。ラグは緩やかにカーブし、後年の角張ったドッグレッグラグと比べてよりクラシックな印象です。ダイヤルはパイパン型で、内側のマットホワイトと外側の同心円状ヘアライン仕上げが、立体的な表情を生み出しています。ビーズオブライスブレスレットは、Ref.1036とエンドリンク511を採用しています。

搭載されているクロノメーターCal.561は、カレンダー早送り機能を備え、5ポジション調整された高性能ムーブメントです。500系オートマチック・ムーブメントの改良版で、高い評価を得ています。

ケースは大きな傷がなく、エッジもシャープに保たれています。ダイヤルは経年変化や焼けがほとんど見られず、美しい状態を保っています。針やインデックスも良好な輝きを保持しています。ブレスレットは固定リンク6～9個で、当時のテーパーが残っています。弊社にて分解掃除済みです。

This is Omega's flagship model, the Constellation. The lugs curve gently, giving a more classic impression compared to the angular dog-leg lugs of later years. The dial is a pie-pan style, with the inner matte white and outer concentric hairline finish creating a three-dimensional appearance. The beads of rice bracelet uses Ref.1036 with end links 511.

The chronometer-grade Cal.561 movement features a quick-set date function and is a high-performance movement adjusted in five positions. It's an improved version of the 500 series automatic movement and is highly regarded.

The case has no major scratches and the edges remain sharp. The dial shows minimal ageing or discolouration, maintaining its beautiful condition. The hands and indices also retain a good lustre. The bracelet has 6-9 fixed links, preserving the original taper. Our company has serviced it.

The date function with chronometer specification is a fitting finish for a flagship model. It can be considered Omega's masterpiece, with a balance of design and function.

This generation of Omega has very high automatic winding efficiency, making manual winding largely unnecessary. The original crown, being design-focused, might feel slightly difficult for manual winding, but this is the intended specification.
