ノンデイト自動巻。エアキングRef.5500の上位機種にあたるRef.1002です。薄型ケースに丸みのあるドーム型風防でヴィンテージらしい装着感です。ケースはイエローゴールドとステンレススチールのツートンカラーです。ダイヤルはシルバーのサンレイ。バーハンド × バーインデックスのティピカルな意匠です。シンプルなフェイスですが、ノンデイトなのが潔く、ツートンカラーでしっかり個性を引き出しています。ブレスレットはUSA製のツートンオイスターブレスレット、クラスプデイトは77です。

A non-date automatic watch. This is the Ref.1002, an upgrade from the Air-King Ref.5500. Its slim case and rounded dome-shaped crystal offer a distinctly vintage feel when worn. The case features a two-tone colour scheme of yellow gold and stainless steel. The dial is silver with a sunray finish. It sports a typical design of bar hands and bar indices. While the face is simple, the absence of a date display gives it a clean look, and the two-tone colour scheme brings out its unique character. The bracelet is a US-made two-tone Oyster bracelet with a clasp date of 77.

The Cal.1570 is a chronometer-grade movement. Manufactured from the mid-1960s to the late 1980s, it's highly regarded as a masterpiece among Rolex movements, striking an excellent balance between accuracy and durability. This generation includes a hacking function.

The case shows no significant scratches or dents and maintains good proportions. The dial is in mint condition with no noticeable age-related changes. Depending on the angle, the sunray finish beautifully reflects light. There's hardly any tarnishing on the crown logo, indices, or hands.
