語りつくされた伝説の「植村ダイバー」。左右非対称のフォルムが特徴で、竜頭をガードするためにその部分が膨らんだ独特のデザインになっています。竜頭には簡易ロック機能が搭載されています。

傷がつきやすいベゼルの状態が良いこと、ケースのエッジ、文字盤の夜光が黒くないこと、この３つのポイントがこの時計の価値を高めています。夜光塗料の色味がよく、素晴らしいコンディションです。

ムーブメントには、6105Aにハック機能を追加した6105Bキャリバーを搭載。整備後、日差は+15秒、パワーリザーブは48時間で安定して作動しています。ダイバーズウォッチであり、水気には強い設計ですが、竜頭が当時のオリジナルのため、防水性はないとお考えいただいた上でご使用ください。

1960年代は、機械式腕時計は完成期とも言えるほどの発展を遂げた時期で、セイコーは精度コンクールの分野でも量産の分野でも、世界に追いつき、追いぬいた時代であった。同時に、「時計の電子化」が進展し、1969（昭和44）年12月にセイコーが世界初のクオーツ（水晶）腕時計を発売することにより、機械式腕時計からクオーツ腕時計へと大きく舵を切ろうとする時期でもあった。

The legendary "Uemura Diver," a timepiece that has been extensively discussed and celebrated. Its asymmetrical design is a hallmark feature, with a distinctive bulge around the crown to provide protection. The crown is equipped with a simple locking mechanism.

This watch’s value is significantly enhanced by three key factors: the well-preserved bezel, the sharp case edges, and the luminous material on the dial that hasn’t darkened. The lume’s color is particularly well-preserved, contributing to the watch's overall excellent condition.

The movement inside is the 6105B caliber, which builds upon the 6105A by adding a hacking function. After servicing, it maintains a daily variation of +15 seconds and a power reserve of 48 hours, operating reliably. While this diver's watch was designed to resist water, it’s important to note that the crown is original to the period, meaning it should not be considered water-resistant by modern standards.
