安定した動きに定評のある全回転ローター式Cal.503を搭載し、幅広のベゼルとたくましいラグを備えた、最初期のシーマスターらしいどっしりとしたケースデザインが魅力です。ダイヤルはブラックミラーで、レターはすべてギルト。鋭いクサビインデックスが緊張感を与え、メリハリの効いたフェイスを形作っています。ドーフィンハンドの分針と細い秒針はミニッツに重なる長さで設計され、端正な見え方を支えています。

ケースは傷が少なく、プロポーションに優れた良好なコンディションです。フラットなベゼルと大ぶりなラグは当時の迫力を保っています。ダイヤルは経年により半艶の質感に変化しています。針とインデックスは上面の鏡面仕上げが美しく、光を受けて端正に反射します。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

Powered by the full-rotor automatic Cal. 503, renowned for its stable and reliable performance, this watch features a robust early Seamaster case design characterized by a wide bezel and strong, well-defined lugs. The black mirror dial is finished entirely in gilt printing, where sharply faceted wedge-shaped indices introduce a sense of tension and create a well-structured, high-contrast face. The minute hand in classic dauphine form and the slender seconds hand are precisely proportioned to reach the minute track, contributing to a clean and orderly appearance.

The case shows minimal signs of wear and remains in excellent condition with well-preserved proportions. The flat bezel and substantial lugs retain the powerful presence typical of the period. Over time, the dial has matured to a subtle semi-gloss finish. The hands and indices retain their polished surfaces, reflecting light crisply and enhancing the watch’s refined character. Fully serviced by our watchmaker.

Solid 18K gold Seamaster models are produced in limited numbers and are consequently quite rare today.
