オーデマ・ピゲのRef.56525は、1970年代に製造された“コブラ”スタイルのヴィンテージウォッチで、Ref.5403（通称キングコブラ）とブレスレット構造が共通するモデルとして知られています。18Kホワイトゴールド製のケースと一体化した太く立体的な網目模様のブレスレットは、力強さと繊細さを兼ね備えた造形美を示しており、腕元に確かな存在感を与えます。ダイヤルはブラックマット仕上げにダイヤモンドインデックスを配し、控えめながらも上品で深みのある表情を実現しています。搭載ムーブメントは手巻きのCal.2003/1で、極薄キャリバーとして知られるジャガー・ルクルト製Cal.803をベースにした名機です。スナップ式裏蓋を備え、薄型ながらも精度と信頼性に優れ、内部仕上げの美しさも評価されています。

ケースは目立つ傷がなく、ホールマークは鮮明に残されています。ダイヤルは経年変化の兆しが見られないミントコンディションで、針やインデックスはくすみがなく、当時の質感を良好に維持しています。写真の文字盤に白い点が見られますが、文字盤自体の傷ではなく、クリスタルガラスの傷です。文字盤はミント同様の状態ですのでご安心ください。ブレスレットは使用感が少なく、しなやかで光沢のある美しい状態を保っています。弊社にて分解掃除済みです。

この時代のオーデマ・ピゲは、ロイヤルオーク誕生以前にあたる時期であり、こうした一体型ブレスレットを持つデザイン性の高いドレスウォッチに力を注いでいました。特にキングコブラと同様の太いブレスレットを採用したRef.56525は現存数が少なく、希少性の高い存在です。宝飾性と高級感を兼ね備え、オーデマ・ピゲのデザイン史において独自の立ち位置を示すこのモデルは、ヴィンテージ市場においても特別な価値を持つ一本といえるでしょう。

The Audemars Piguet Ref.56525 is a vintage watch from the 1970s, crafted in the distinctive “Cobra” style and sharing its bracelet construction with the Ref.5403, known as the “King Cobra.” Its solid 18K white gold case flows seamlessly into the broad, three-dimensional woven-pattern bracelet, showcasing both strength and refinement while delivering a striking wrist presence. The dial, finished in matte black and set with diamond indexes, offers a subtle yet sophisticated expression. Powering the watch is the hand-wound Cal.2003/1, based on Jaeger-LeCoultre’s ultra-thin Cal.803—a renowned movement celebrated for both precision and beauty of finish. The snap-back case preserves an impressively slim profile without compromising reliability.

The case shows no significant blemishes, with its hallmarks remaining crisp and clear. The dial is in mint condition with no visible aging, while the hands and diamond markers retain their original brilliance. The white dots you see on the dial in the photo are scratches on the crystal glass, not the dial itself. Please rest assured that the dial is in like-new condition.The bracelet remains supple and lustrous, with minimal signs of wear. Fully serviced and disassembled by our workshop.

Produced in the era just before the launch of the Royal Oak, Audemars Piguet devoted considerable attention to elegant dress watches with integrated bracelets. The Ref.56525, with its bold Cobra-style bracelet akin to the King Cobra, survives today in very limited numbers, making it a highly sought-after piece.
