A vintage automatic wristwatch from Piaget, housed in an 18K rose gold case measuring 36mm—a substantial size for a dress watch of its period. The 20mm lug width gives the case a strong, well-balanced profile, while the screw-down caseback adds a sense of solidity. The center of the dial is decorated with a finely executed guilloché pattern, lending it a composed appearance reminiscent of classical Vacheron Constantin pieces from the same era.
