ブラックギルトダイヤルの手巻きオメガ。30mmキャリバーと呼ばれるオメガを長きに渡り牽引した傑作ムーブメントを搭載しています。初期タイプの30系、スモールセコンドの26系、センターセコンドの28系に分類されます。堅牢な作りのムーブメントは、懐中時計を思わせるオーソドックスな輪列です。呼称の30mmとはムーブメントのサイズで、当時としては異例の大きい機械でした。こちらの品は1951年製としては非常に大きな36mmケースで迫力があります。スクリューバックのタフな構造ですが、スモールセコンドモデルの為、厚みをあまり感じず、着け心地が良いです。大きなアラビア数字とブラックミラーがスポーツらしさを持っていますが、ゴールドのインデックスと針が、ヴィンテージらしい雰囲気を添えています。

ケースはラグからケースサイドにわたるえぐれたようなRef.2639の独特な形状が崩れずにしっかり確認できます。ダイヤルは全面に下地を見え隠れさせる雰囲気の良いものです。艶感は失われ、マットなものへ変化しています。針は若干のくすみがありますが、さびや傷がなく良いものです。インデックスはほとんどくすみが見られず、キラキラと光ります。分解掃除は済ませておりますので、ご購入後すぐお使いいただけます。
