1934年に製造されたラグ周りが特徴的なデザインの1本です。ファンシーブルホーンラグを備えた主張の強いケースデザインは、スカラベケースと呼ばれています。ダイヤルはポーセリン。夜光インデックスはこの世代に見られる、迫力のあるアラビアフォントです。針はブルースチールにルミナスを塗布したコブラ針を採用しています。付属のバックルは同年式のステイブライトです。搭載Cal.26.5は30mmキャリバー登場前の手巻きのオメガを牽引してきた代表的なムーブメント。センターセコンドモデルや、耐震装置付きなど、バリエーションが多く、この世代とは思えない程安定感のある機械です。

ケースはオリジナルのフォルムをよく残し、良いプロポーションをしています。スカラベラグのヘアラインと鏡面の切り替えは当時のままを残しています。ダイヤルは90年経過しているとは思えないほどのフレッシュなホワイトカラーで瑞々しさすら感じます。ポーセリンダイヤルによく見られるクラックは一切見られません。アラビアインデックスインデックスのルミナスはよく残り、濃いベージュカラーが良い雰囲気です。針はブルースチールが変色こそしているものの、ルミナスは芳醇なベージュカラーを見せています。弊社にて分解掃除済みで、パワーリザーブ43時間を確認しています。

This timepiece, crafted in 1934, features a distinctive design with unique lugs. The assertive case design, equipped with fancy horned lugs, is referred to as the Scarab case. The dial is made of porcelain, and the luminescent indices showcase an impactful Arabic font typical of this era. The hands adopt blue steel, with luminescent-coated cobra hands. The accompanying buckle is from the same era, made of Staybrite. The embedded Cal.26.5 is a representative movement that led Omega's hand-wound watches before the introduction of the 30mm caliber. It comes with various variations, such as a center-second model and shock-resistant features, offering stability beyond expectations for this era.

The case preserves the original form well, exhibiting excellent proportions. The transition between the Scarab lugs' hairline finish and the mirror polish remains true to the original design. Despite nearly a century of existence, the dial exudes a fresh white color, defying its age with a vibrant appearance. There are no cracks commonly found in porcelain dials, and the luminescent Arabic indices display a rich beige color. While the blue steel hands show signs of discoloration, the luminescent coating presents a rich beige hue. The watch has been disassembled and cleaned by our company, confirming a power reserve of 43 hours.

The combination of the unique case, dial, font, and hands from this era sets this timepiece apart. Porcelain dials are prone to cracking, requiring meticulous attention during maintenance.
