バランスの良いインター。ダイヤルはブルーのサンレイ仕上げ。アプライドのバーインデックスは中央が一段上がり、ブラックのプリントを配したファセットで、メリハリのあるインデックスになっています。ケースは真円でたくましい3面カッティングラグのデザイン。お魚リューズが装備されており、オリジナリティの高さもポイントです。

巻き上げ効率のよいペラトン式自動巻ムーブCal.8514Bを搭載しており、少しの動きで機敏に巻上げが反応する素晴らしい機構。ペラトン方式のムーブメントは、現行品にも採用されるなど、現在でも高く評価されている。

A well-balanced IWC. The dial features a striking blue sunburst finish, with applied bar indexes that have a raised center section and faceted edges accented by black print, creating a sharp and well-defined appearance. The case is perfectly round, complemented by bold three-sided cut lugs. Adding to its originality, the watch is equipped with the distinctive "fish" crown.

Powered by the highly efficient Pellaton winding system, the automatic Cal. 8514B ensures quick and responsive winding even with minimal movement. The Pellaton mechanism remains highly regarded to this day, with its design still being utilized in modern IWC timepieces.

The case is in pristine condition, free of any noticeable scratches. The dial has a small imperfection near the 1 o’clock index, but the deep blue tone remains beautifully preserved without signs of discoloration. The hands are free of tarnish or scratches, retaining their brilliant luster. Similarly, the indexes are in excellent condition, with the printed details remaining crisp and intact.
