ツートンダイヤルが印象的なシーマスター。ケース形状はプレシーマスターや初期シーマスター Ref.2576 と同様の特徴を持ちます。この Ref.2493 はケース径が 36.5mm のジャンボサイズで、非常に長いラグがケースバックよりも下に伸びる独特のフォルムを形成しています。ダイヤルはシルバー基調で、仕上げの工夫により立体感のあるツートーンデザインを実現。インデックスにはアラビア数字がギルト仕上げ、クサビ型インデックスがエンボス加工で表現されるなど、当時の高度な製造技術が随所に光ります。ムーブメントには半回転式自動巻きの Cal.332 を搭載。このキャリバーは、腕に伝わる独特の振動が特徴で、自動巻き技術の進化を体感できる趣深いモデルです。

ケースは整ったコンディションを保ち、目立った傷もなく全体にクリアな印象を与えます。ダイヤルには角度を変えて見ると斑点状の経年変化が見られますが、その風合いがヴィンテージらしい魅力を引き立てています。色合いに変化は見れれず、正面から見ると一切気になりません。写真でも分かる通り、23分方向に傷が見られます。針やインデックスは若干上面の質感に変化が見られますが、光を反射します。夜光塗料は美しいベージュ色に焼けています。なお、弊社にて分解清掃済みですので安心してお使いいただけます。
