1963年製のインター。ケースはラグからサイドまでがシームレスなカラトラバタイプ。Ref.R647はケース径36.5mmのジャンボサイズです。ダイヤルはシルバーのサンレイ仕上げ。水を張ったような光の反射が美しい仕上げです。インデックスは手作業で植字されたバー。カラトラバケースのモデルはショートインデックスが多い中、ここまで長いものは珍しいです。外周の控えめなパールドットは高級感を高めています。

Cal.853は1950年に発表された“ペラトン自動巻き”を搭載。この機構は＜アルバート・ペラトン＞が開発したといわれている機構で、爪で巻き上げるラチェット式自動巻の最高傑作です。
