機械式時計最盛期、1977年製のデイデイトです。1956年に発表されたこのモデルは、日付と曜日を表示する世界初の防水性能を備えたクロノメーター自動巻時計として金無垢とプラチナのみで展開されています。18金無垢のオイスターケースはフルーテッドベゼルが美しく輝き、重厚感があります。ダイヤルはサンレイ仕上げで、シンプルなデザインが素材の良さを引き立てています。

ケースは使用傷が少なく、肉厚でプロポーションに優れます。2時ラグ裏のホールマークがしっかりと視認できる点も注目です。ダイヤルはパーフェクトなコンディションで、高倍率のルーペで見ても気になる点がなく、当時の仕上げがそのまま残っています。針とインデックスは上面の鏡面仕上げが美しく、ドットのルミナスが崩れずにベージュカラーで現存している点も高く評価されます。弊社にて分解掃除済みです。

This is a 1977 Rolex Day-Date, produced during the golden era of mechanical watches. Originally introduced in 1956, the Day-Date was the world’s first self-winding chronometer wristwatch with both day and date displays, exclusively crafted in solid gold or platinum with water resistance. The 18K solid gold Oyster case features a beautifully radiant fluted bezel, adding to its substantial presence. The sunray-finished dial boasts a simple yet refined design that highlights the quality of its materials.

The case remains in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear, retaining its full profile and well-balanced proportions. Notably, the hallmark on the underside of the 2 o’clock lug is clearly visible. The dial is in flawless condition, with no imperfections even under high magnification, preserving its original factory finish. The hands and indices maintain their mirror-polished surfaces, while the luminous dots remain intact in a warm beige tone, adding to its desirability. The watch has been fully serviced by our company.
