1970年代のセイコーを代表する自動巻クロノグラフ、5スポーツ スピードタイマーです。Cal.6138を搭載し、12時位置に12時間積算計、6時位置に30分積算計を配置。3時位置には曜日・日付表示を備えています。ブラックダイヤルにブルーとグレーのカウンター、オレンジのクロノグラフ秒針を組み合わせた配色が特徴です。立体的なクッションケースとステンレススチールブレスレットが、当時のスポーツウォッチらしい力強い印象を形作っています。

NOSの未使用保管品です。文字盤や針、インデックスは整った状態を保ち、カウンターの色調や各表示も鮮明です。ケースのヘアライン仕上げも明瞭で、裏蓋には当時の保護シールが残っています。オリジナルボックスと取扱説明書が付属します。未使用保管品のため、ムーブメントは過去に一度も分解整備されていません。ご希望に応じて、分解掃除および保証を付帯した販売を別途承ります。

A representative Seiko automatic chronograph of the 1970s, this 5 Sports Speed-Timer is powered by the Cal. 6138. It features a 12-hour register at 12 o’clock, a 30-minute register at 6 o’clock, and a day-date display at 3 o’clock. The black dial is accented by blue and grey registers and an orange central chronograph seconds hand. Its sculpted cushion case and stainless steel bracelet give the watch the substantial sporting character associated with the period.

This is a New Old Stock example that has remained unused. The dial, hands, and indexes are exceptionally well preserved, with the colors of the registers and the various markings remaining crisp. The brushed finish on the case is clearly defined, and the original protective sticker remains on the case back. The original box and instruction manual are included. As the watch has never been used, the movement has never been disassembled or serviced. A full service with warranty can be arranged separately upon request.

The Cal. 6138 is an automatic chronograph movement equipped with both 30-minute and 12-hour registers, allowing longer periods to be measured. Its practical combination of multiple timing functions and a day-date display is complemented by the distinctive use of color and sculpted case design. Complete with its period accessories, this example offers a particularly well-preserved view of Seiko’s approach to sporting chronographs during the 1970s.
