38.5mmとスーパージャンボサイズの30mmキャリバー。ケースは大きいですが、厚みは抑えられているため、意外と袖口を邪魔することなく着用感に優れます。ダイヤルはしっとりとした質感のシルバーの盾ヘアライン仕上げ。アプライドの飛びアラビアインデックスは、配置を各々傾けた特徴的な意匠です。30mmキャリバーならではの大きなスモールセコンドは、インダイアルがひとつ段を下げて配置されており、造り込みの良さを堪能できます。夜光塗料のないダイヤルですので、プレーンに、ダイヤルの広さをゆったりと感じ取ることができます。

ケースは傷や痩せのほとんど見られないミントコンディションです。これほどまでに状態の良い1950年代の時計はなかなか見つけることができません。ダイヤルは劣化がほとんど見られません。針やインデックスは当時のままに輝き、パリッとしています。弊社にて分解掃除は済ませておりますので、当時のファーストオーナーの気分でご使用いただくことができます。

With a 38.5mm case and the super jumbo-sized 30mm caliber, this watch offers an excellent wearability despite its large case, thanks to its slim profile. The dial features a silver shield with a fine hairline texture, creating a luxurious feel. The applied flying Arabic numerals are arranged in a distinctive tilted design, adding character. The large small seconds, unique to the 30mm caliber, are positioned on an inset dial that is slightly lower, showcasing the attention to detail in its construction. With no luminous paint on the dial, it provides a clean and open space, allowing the vastness of the dial to be fully appreciated.

The case is in mint condition, with hardly any visible scratches or wear. It is rare to find a 1950s watch in such excellent condition. The dial shows little to no aging, with the hands and indexes still gleaming and crisp, just as they were when first made. We have performed a thorough cleaning, so you can enjoy it just as the first owner did.

The robust 30mm caliber, named after the movement's diameter as per the specifications for the Observatory Chronometer competitions, features an ideal part layout that ensures superior maintainability.
